DEWALT WiFi Account Permissions
The account permissions feature allows companies to share access to networks between multiple users. Users can have differing levels of access so a network can be both remotely managed and monitored while limiting the access of certain users. Account administrators can designate network managers who can view the status of the network, but not make alterations to the network itself.

See Also:
How do I setup account permissions?
What are the differences between account administrators and account managers?
What changes can I make to team members I have invited?

I am near an Access Point, so why am I getting poor signal/service?
Poor service near an Access Point
In a mesh network there are multiple Access Points but your device will only connect to one Access Point at a time. As you walk around the site your device will remain connected until you are far enough away from an Access Point that your device seeks a new one to connect to. The decision to connect to a particular Access Point is determined by your device, so if you are moving you may not be always be connected to the closest Access Point. Toggling the WiFi on your device off and on will force the device to connect to the closest Access Point and help improve your performance.

WiFi netowork is down on parts of the jobsite
Check the status of the LEDs of the Access Points in the affected area. If they are off, plug the Access Points back in. If they are blue or flashing green, check to see if other nearby Access Points have lost power. If all Access Points are plugged in, look for obstructions that could cause interference between Access Points that do have connectivity. Consider moving or adding Access Points to bring connectivity back to the affected area.
